Description

Government aid agencies, Foundations and Donors all advocate for Nonprofits that can form valuable partnerships among themselves and across sectors.  The complexity of the challenges that nonprofits are called to address requires that we not tackle these challenges alone.  The past decade has seen an emergence in cross-sector partnerships get designed and launched, but not always achieve their missions and goals together.  This course will cover the thinking and actions needed to design and execute Nonprofit partnerships and how to manage them over time and ultimately how to measure partnership success.  Together we will help you identify your organization’s unique value proposition in order to identify strong complimentary partners, how to design a partnership for value creation for all participants and how to manage and measure towards successful outcomes.
