Leadership development is a billion dollar industry (or more). “Leadership”, “Learning”, “Capacity Building”, all of these efforts are designed to help develop the people in your organization for higher level of performance and hopefully help impact mission achievement for your nonprofit. Measuring the intervention of leadership development can be a challenge but not insurmountable. It takes a multiprong approach over a period of time. This workshop will explore what elements must be part of the design of your leadership development efforts and what should be measured along the way to determine if you’re getting a return on your investment.
